We carefully prepare SOIELA orders so that each item arrives in the best possible condition.

Preparation times

Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment validation.

During periods of high activity, this timeframe may be slightly extended.

Delivery zones

SOIELA currently delivers within mainland France.

Other destinations may be added gradually.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of payment, depending on the delivery address and the selected shipping method.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with available tracking information.

Incorrect address or unclaimed package

Please carefully check your delivery address before validating your order.

In case of an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or a return to sender, additional fees may be applied for a new shipment.

Delivery outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be requested upon arrival of the package. These costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
