1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the www.soiela.com website.
The site is published by SOIELA, a simplified joint-stock company, registered under SIREN 102 119 583, with its registered office at 59 rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France.

2. Products
SOIELA offers silk and textile items for sale, including pillowcases, sleep bonnets, sleep masks, scrunchies, and associated accessories.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product sheet: material, size, color, composition, price, and care information.
SOIELA strives to present the products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screens, display settings, or shooting conditions.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs.
Delivery costs are indicated at the time of order, before payment validation.
SOIELA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed on the site at the time of order validation.
4. Order
The customer selects the products of their choice, adds them to the cart, verifies the details of their order, then validates it after entering the necessary information for delivery and payment.
The customer undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. SOIELA cannot be held responsible in case of delivery error linked to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
An order confirmation is sent by e-mail after payment validation.
5. Payment
Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the site.
The order is considered final after payment validation.
Payments are processed by secure payment providers. SOIELA does not store the customer's complete banking data.
6. Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped according to the terms indicated on the Delivery page of the site.
Preparation times are generally 1 to 3 business days after payment validation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and periods of high activity.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance purchases, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The customer must indicate their order number and the items concerned.
Items must be returned without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days after communicating the decision to withdraw.
8. Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
Unused
Unworn
Unwashed
Undamaged
Untainted
Unscented
In their original packaging if possible
Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used, worn, washed, stained, scented, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.
9. Return Costs and Refund
Except in case of an error by SOIELA or a defective product, return costs are borne by the customer.
After receipt and verification of the returned items, SOIELA will inform the customer of the acceptance or refusal of the refund.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be made via the payment method used during the order.
The refund will be issued in accordance with applicable legal deadlines. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
10. Defective Products or Order Error
The customer is invited to check their order upon receipt.

The customer must indicate their order number and attach photos of the product concerned to allow examination of the situation.
11. Legal Guarantees
Products sold by SOIELA benefit from applicable legal guarantees, notably the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

12. Liability
SOIELA cannot be held responsible in case of improper use of the product, non-compliant care, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from inappropriate handling.
SOIELA cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from an event of force majeure or an event beyond its control.

SOIELA collects and processes certain personal data necessary for managing orders, payment, delivery, customer service and, when the customer consents, for sending the newsletter.

14. Intellectual Property
